I'll reply from the talent side.... When I first started doing hardcore.. I was very trusting, naive, and didnt have anyone to advise me on how to do this whole thing. I placed an ad on sexyjobs. I musta had new sucker written in the ad somewhere...
There are a LOT of predatorial, completely NON legit fake companies on there looking to get a hold of girls who simply dont know any better.
When I updated my resume, putting my ad at the top for a day, I would get so many bullshit, scandalous offers from douche rocket mother fuckers it is not even funny.
I dont know how the typical jobseekers are, but I DO know how the typical talent seekers are on average, in my past experience.
