Donald Seigfried, 55, allegedly filmed Whalen during these acts. According to the affidavit, Whalen sought to sell the obscene videos--with titles like "Buddy" and "Lucky"--online. Whalen and Seigfried, pictured in the mug shots at right, this week waived a preliminary hearing and are each scheduled for an August 11 arraignment on two felony counts of crimes against nature.
Who's she going to register with as a sex offender, the ASPCA?

I want to know what kind of idiot her son is. Didn't he realize that by turning her in he would forever be known as "the guy who's mom fucks dogs?"
Every day for the rest of this guy's life, he's going to hear cracks like "Time to go walk Bryan's dad."

You know, while the whole thought of bestiality repulses me (and trust me, hardly ANYTHING repulses me), I've got a real problem with charging her as a sex offender. This is a fucking DOG she had sex with, not another human being. We can pretty much euthanize a dog for little to no reason other than they are unwanted by the owner. This isn't a person. Cruelty to animals? Maybe (sounds like the dogs enjoyed it). Exploitation of animals, sure...charge her with that. But to label her as a sex offender is a huge stretch to me.
Rather she be fucking her dogs than her son. Can you imagine how much her son must have hated her to call the Sheriff once he discovered these vids?

This shit pisses me off. Not because of the animal abuse (It's still disgusting and vile.) Not because there is doubtlessly video of this hag fucking a dog on the internet somewhere, but because SHIT LIKE THIS DILUTES THE SEX OFFENDERS LIST!
The list was created to target serial offenders that are a threat to others. Why the fuck do they want to put a woman that fucks dogs on the list? We've got guys on the list right now whose only crime is being caught with a prostitute! How in the fuck are guys like that a threat to others?
It's the modern goddamn version of the scarlet letter, that's what it is. In the old days, when you wanted to fuck someone over, you called them a communist. Nowadays, they're a sex offender. It's no different, it's just a different way to put the screws to people by lumping them in with a real threat.
And how in the hell did her son stumble across that video? I find it hard to believe she left the goddamn thing in the VCR...

The issue is always one of informed consent...animals cannot verbally express their consent or lack thereof. We must also take into account if animals are of a level of intelligence whereby they can make an informed decision about their consent as well (answer: no). If a woman gets on all fours and a dog mounts her, then it can be argued that the dog consents. Other scenarios are not so cut and dried. Whilst this sort of thing isn't my bag, if I were a dog, I'd much rather be getting sucked off by some chick instead of being made into some Korean's dinner. I find it very odd when people object to people fucking animals, but not eating them.

Back in the 1940's the government couldn't figure out how to keep people from smoking weed, so they came up with a bullshit story that marijuana is a 'gateway' drug. If you smoked it, you would start using heroin and commit murder.
When researchers at Stanford heard this load of crap, they conducted clinical trials where they dosed humans to see what would happen. Surprisingly, researchers found no such effects and deemed using marijuana harmless.
Guess what the Federal Bureau of Narcotics did??? They burned every copy of the report and made it illegal for researchers to test marijuana.
Thanks to the billions of dollars of our tax money dumped into the fight, the war on drugs has been a massive success and we no longer have to worry about people in America using this dangerous drug.
