Unless there was specific agreement made between you, especially if you are not distributing for profit, and she LET you take her photograph, consent is implied.

And if you are the one who pressed the button to take the photo, you are the copyright holder.

If you are concerned (or feeling guilt at the loss of what little honor you have left) then censorbar her eyes, but by all means post the pix! She's already used to exposing herself in public.
