I actually know a bartender who got a pandering charge in LA. It was right before the Olympics and the cops were cleaning house and runnin' bums outta town on busses. He was just working his shift and some random dude asked him if he thought the girl at the end of the bar was a pro. He shrugged in some way and the cop cited him for pandering. At least, that's the version he told us.
