Actually Christian's behavior could also be considered pandering. A lawyer that I know of decided to spend his first summer as a lawyer working at a hotel resort pool in Vegas. He was approached by a couple of undercover "high rollers," either FBI or LVPD with a request that the lawyer help them secure some "entertainment" for later that night. Sex was never discussed. He set them up with a couple of pros and got popped for pandering as well as other charges. I do not know whether he received a percentage or whether he just got a sizeable tip. Either way, he got to spend a night in jail and will now have to face trial or plea to a lesser crime.
