I can't really pretend to care much about Christian's wellbeing. Secondly I'm not licensed to practice law in California. However if Christian was to talk to his legal counsel of choice, they would probably mention that he has admitted to engaging in a conspiracy to procure an escort for what most people would infer to be sexual acts. Since there was no filming involved he cannot use the standard excuse used by the industry. That this was "acting" and not prostitution.

Note: Under most conspiracy statutes, Christian would not have to personally benefit from the alleged crime, he would only have had to have taken an overt act to promote the criminal action.

Now I am sure you can find all kinds of rationalizations for why this would not be considered a crime. "Even though it was for $10,000 I couldn't infer that a sexual act was part of this transaction your honor!"

Bottom line: this would be a loser of a case in front of any jury given your admission against interest, and let me say, professional background.

Never mind, please carry on, and place porn law on a retainer, I think you'll need him if you decide to help escort agencies line up talent. After all if the head of this agency was arrested, they would never roll over on you Christian to receive a lighter sentence. Nope, I've never seen it happen.

Now for my weird/strange story of the night. A few facts to start off with:

While I was getting the girl's number to text her about the job, the pay got raised to 5,000, then 6,000. I told the porn star 6,000 dollars for 2 hours (minus 1800 for the agency) and THE PORN STAR SAID NO! I actually applaud her for standing up for something no matter the price. Then the agency gets me on the phone and says the guy will pay 10,000 dollars for 2 hours, I told them that they should call the porn star, not me. She calls her and the porn star AGAIN SAYS NO! Holy shit, she just turned down 10,000 dollars for 2 hours. Now that's fucking insane! We were both pretty dumbfounded. But I guess she has her reasons.

In some jurisdictions, where the authorities have a lot less real crime to worry about, they might try the "accessory" angle. Maybe try to squeeze him to roll on the "girl" (if that's what he's calling Derek these days) who asked him to intervene.

Unless there was some kind of interstate angle (which would bring involve Bush's DOJ) I don't see the LA authorities bothering. He doesn't mention taking a commission (not absolutely necessary, but it would help a prosecution) and he uses the weasel words "I actually applaud her for standing up for something no matter the price."

Still not a good idea to go wagging one's tongue about it, though.
