Whittier has horrible passage rates... however, I didnt think that bar was really that difficult. But that was 12 yrs ago, I know the bar examiners have recently cranked it up and its getting more difficult. Even the grads from the top ranked schools arent passing on the first go-around now.

As for "real lawyering" in this industry... I have the utmost respect for Paul Cambria, Jeff Douglas, Alan Gelbard, Greg Piccionelli, Louis Sirkin, Clyde DeWitt, Larry Walters and all of the attorneys that defend First Amendment rights. Defending the Constitution as they do is something I do aspire to. We are in the process of filing/litigating our first, First Amendment claim. It is a steep learning curve though.
