Lance -- the contracts are standard and they are written by California's Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement. They have a clause that states they are exclusive and all the agent has to do is get you work every 4 months for it to remain exclusive. Its not a contract a girl can avoid if she wants to be represented by any of the state licensed and bonded agencies.
