It's a little off topic but it seems especially in the Adult industry it seems people forget whom works for who. (Not sure if the grammar is right but fuck it) An agent works for the Talent not the other way around. Too bad performers aren't smart enough to realize that and avoid bad contracts, and don't leave room for an exit strategy. That's something you need in any contract.
I don't know about in California but up here if an agent can't provide you enough work to make a living then exclusivity in an agreement is unenforceable.
