Refresh my memory...when did I file a suit against Derek or LA Direct ? Never have... Not sure what gossip you heard.

The only thing you might have heard is in reference to one particular performer. Derek and his lawyer came to my office to discuss problems she was having and Derek agreed to work with her and to change his policies.
