As you may or may not know is that recently I have been buying these things for lunch called Sammies from Quiznos. They cost $2.00($2.17 with NYC tax) and its pretty much a round piece of flat bread that is topped off with meat(s), cheese(s), sauce(s) and vegetables depending on model(they have like 7 or 9 of them) of the Sammie. Then the sandwich artist/rigger folds it in half (like a taco) and slides it in into a paper pouch. But before the Sammie gets folded and pouched it goes thru this Quiznos-proprietory conveyer belt oven that should heat this bitch up.
So today I decided to try another location of Quiznos that is closer to my work because I didn't felt like walking 12 minutes in each direction just to get this $2.00 lunch. I visited the Quiznos website and used their retail locator feature to find out where is the closest Quiznos to my work is located at. After this research I packed my wallet and set on this trip of a lunch. When I got to this new to me location I immediatly suspected that something is not right: they had some really old janitor wiping the place really slowly, weird and ugly-looking customers, and they also had the Subway-like way of sandwich rigging. So I waited in line for around 3 minutes and placed my order for "one Alpine Chicken Sammie please" and then waited another 3 minutes until the register girl requested the payment. During these 3 minutes I pretty much observed what's cooking, how's cooking, who is cooking and who is eating. I always do this because I am curious how these type of places are being run and I am always cautious and paranoid that they will spit or place boogers in my order, so I gotta keep an eye on whats going on.
The 1st thing that I spotted there is that they had Standards Operating Procedure (SOP) poster placed conveniently so that the customer can see the standards and procedures that should be done with a Quiznos products. It said and illustrated that the prodcut should be warm, cheese should be melted, the breads sides should be brownish and the corners should be toasted. 2nd thing that I noticed is that the manager was a 42-45 years-old hip-hop nigga-type of a fellow, he wore a destinctive orange pique/polo shirt, was not rushing anywhere or giving a fuck and was more concerned with checking out some fine businesswoman customer booty and he was also eager to upsell some customers on the combo deals with soft drinks and bag of chips. 3rd thing that I noticed is that the sandwich artist/rigger was another hip-hop nigga, age 22-24 years-old, and he was sporting a Quiznos-branded baseball cap. When my Sammie rolled-off the conveyer oven, I noticed that the sandwich rigga-nigga just grabbed it and showed it into the paper pouch and then 4 seconds later he remembered that he did not top it off with vegies, he just clutched a bundle of them and threw it into the pouch. I think that this violates the Quiznos SOP guidelines for the Sammies. When I returned to my desk and started to eat this Sammie, I felt that it was not hot and that it was not warm. When I finished this lunch and I kinda probbed (with my finger) the vegies that had fallen off the Sammie and concluded that they were outright cold.
This is the kind of service that you get with nigga management.

you should complain to the district office....as very few people get angry enough to write a letter......you are already there

I don't think that they will do anything about this. It is the store manager that has to actually be held acountable for things like this one and for his staff. A month or so ago I made a thread about my complaint to McDonald's about the lemons. 3 days after I sent them the email, the lemons were put in a clear container for everyone to see. A small company like Quiznos will not bother with my complaint and will ignore it.

These Sammies are pretty tasty. My favorite ones are the Alpine Chicken and Roadhouse Steak. Yesterday when they screwed up my thing and when I finished eating it, I did not felt like I was full so I had to spend another $0.52(with BK employee's discount) for a Burger King's Cheeseburger and another $1.08 for a box of Hershey's Whoppers. What do you propose? That I eat at some yuppie place like Cosi?
And what do you have against fat people? Sure I am fat and crave good-tasting junk food that is high on carbs, fats and sugars, but this does not make me any less of a person than anyone else.

Anyone else notice a pattern here? There's Dimitri's complaint about Quizno's in this thread. There's his Complaint to McDonalds. Then there was his trek halfway across NYC to find the cheapest pizza in town. And in most of these rants, the gravamen of his complaint is the "Niggas" who serve him. I think Dimitri should be condemned to an eternity waiting on line in some jankity fast-food joint where the guy behind the counter is a whiny bastard named Tritone.
