I'm confused. Wouldn't you want a HIGH hip:waist ratio? That means waist is small compared to hips. For me, that's much desired, but I like it when the hips are small and streamline and the waist is even SMALLER. Think Jenna Haze or Adrenalynn.

I think low waist to hip ratio is the same as high hip to waist ratio

For guys I think the waist to hip ratio is close to 1 or higher depending how big your gut is
