In the pics I've seen from her here, she's indeed way too skinny to get pregnant. If she is using drugs or has a serious eating disorder, it will eventually stop her menstrual cycle.

Besides this, I think someone should have ripped out her reproductive system years ago and poured concrete in it. But that's just my opinion.
