Darrah Ford over at www.pornstarbabylon.wordpress.com had a pretty active day on the speculation circuit.


Taking the nay side of the issue, Ford writes some provocative pieces about Tina Tyler backing Marc Wallice's right to work in the adult industry. But does she go too far when she includes the following comments to back her point?


Sez Ford: The adult industry which is run by men has a very long history of forgiving it’s own…….the men. You have criminals like Vivid’s William Asher, Marc Wallice, TT Boy, Ron Jeremy, and Arland Dale Kerkove (Skeeter) still being employed by the industry. But the only one ever convicted of any crime was Kerkove of sexual assault. And he’s still very much employed by the industry.

You also lose any credibility by posting 2 sentences next to eachother that completely contradict one another. How do you earn the title of "criminal"? You get convicted of a crime. If only 1 of the 5 of them has been convicted, then only 1 of them can be referred to as a criminal. By calling all of them criminals, you are saying that they all have been convicted of a crime. To support your claims for the other 4, you would need proof of a conviction that didn't happen.

I know you are not in the industry, but making this mistake has nothing to do with the industry. It has to do with common sense and journalism. FFS
