The HIV virus has an incubation period of up to six months. This means that the test doesn't mean anything even on the day it is taken. A whore (male or female) could work in the industry for up to six months with clean tests, yet still carry and transmit the virus.
Actually, a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test, which exponentially amplifies the viral DNA to detectable levels within hours, will show a positive within 3 days of contracting the virus.
The old PVL (plasma viral load) test, which required the presence of antibodies, would take at least 4 weeks to obtain a result (and sometimes years).
PCR can even detect HIV in it's dormant state.
So, no. The only real risk is contraction between tests and the risk is minimal since there usually has to be a fairly large viral load in the infected person before transmission even becomes possible.
High risk sexual activity (receiving unprotected butt sex is at the top of that list) increases the likelihood of contracting the virus from an infected person but it is not a foregone conclusion.
Like stuntmen, we can minimize the risks to almost zero but it cannot be completely eliminated.
To paraphrase: We are paid professionals, do not try this at home.
^^^ what he said... totally on point there BH
