Eugenics always wins out over environment. Environment may push a borderline case one way or the other, but science and pseudo-science like psychology can't explain away the fact that bad seed is bad seed. No matter the soil and nurturing given, it will sprout evil.

Mr. Dahmer suffered no horrific childhood trauma. He had your run-of-the-mill dysfunctional family just like most in this industry.
