Highly unlikely since most murderers are not adopted. Anyway, the important part of her story never got answered when Gene asked how her bio mother found her. He accepts 'through myspace' as a complete answer then goes on to other things in the article. How would someone know where to look on myspace to find their child they gave up for adoption, especially since her myspace is under her porn name?

I was adopted.
My birth parents were 15 and 16 years old. (She was actually older than he was.)
I think giving me up was the ultimate act of love, under the circumstances. They had no way of knowing that the people who adopted me would turn out to be fucking psychotic. (Although they also did their best, under the circumstances)
I never went looking for my birth parents, because, after all this time, I figure it would just re-open something painful for them.
But, if either or both of my birth parents showed up on my doorstep, I'd buy 'em a beer and thank them for doing the right thing.
That is all.

I'm guessing Jennings' birth name is the main name on her profile, and the birth mother just searched for that. She was apparently adopted at at least age two, so she certainly retained at least her first name.
This has happened more than once on MySpace. There was a recent news report about a guy who found his daughter this way.
