"Song 2" was Blur's biggest hit in the U.S. but they had a decent following here, nothing like in the UK, but good for a band that got very little spins on the radio.

Supergrass was another great British band from that era, had their hit "Alright" not been on the Clueless soundtrack they could have had some stateside street cred and been alot more popular.

The Dandy Warhols put out some great stuff in the 90's and their cute(in that wannabe hippie chick sorta way) keyboardist would play topless at live shows.
