I believe it was Alan Klein's (old mgr ) estate that owned the rights to "the Last Time". That's a symphonic version you hear. That album is excellent! It is one of my old roommate's faves. He passed away last february and this CD always makes me think of him (I'm actually welling up right now as 'Lucky Man' plays). I give you two songs equal or better on the same record.
