If any one of those element is missing, the crime of rape was not committed.

Girls come on set ready to fuck. It's what they do. You can't rape the willing. And if they aren't willing, it usually only takes a few more bucks to change their minds. Force is not necessary.

It's also pretty hard to prove lack of consent when you've signed a talent release saying you're fucking for money.
Basically, what it comes down to is if you don't want to be fucked, you probably shouldn't be working in porn films.
