The movie I'm looking for had an extended BJ/sex scene with a long-haired brunette (italian or french?) and a gentleman in a welding outfit (takes off the welding mask at one point, is wearing coveralls). They have sex on a ladder or staircase in a factory setting, with sparks and lots of purple and green hues. There's lots of wind and a pretty good musical score. Ring a bell for anyone? It's a hot movie (and I want to find it!)
