I don't like to read much about Max because it makes me want to vomit thinking of him. But the title is "Final- Skeeter: Max's Fourth DUI Last Year Cost Him $60,000; Skeeter: Max is an Informant". So that made me think getting off on the DUIs was also part of him being an informant. But how can anyone avoid prison time with four DUIs? Hmmmm?
