Just a guess (otherwise know as a Darrah Fact) but I would say it's because white girls, wanting to retain their mythical virginity, start taking it up the ass early, so are well practiced at it.
Black girls could care less about their virginity, since most loose their's before the age of 13, so have never had to practice anal.

Again, just a guess on my part.
