Yes and no....Agape doesnt always mean the religious emphasis, it can convey NON-erotic human bonding that applies to all genders and situations. Philos is more directly related to male-male brotherhood, but because it is greek, and we know that they fucked each other in the arse all the time and thought it normal, I refuse to describe my feelings in those terms.
