I agree that talking with someone under 18 about sex would be creepy and wrong.
First, we're assuming that kid in the picture is under 18. He looks under 18, but he might not be.
Even if he IS under 18, if Aurora posed for the pic, gave him a little hug and sent him on his way, I don't think that would be so horrible.

There were a lot of booths at Comic-Con that had Olivia-style art.
