As long as they are not making explicit porn images visible to passing minors or exposing themselves on the con floor, I don't see the problem. Sure, Aurora Snow has sucked and fucked a few cocks in her time, and lots of guys have no doubt furiously jerked off over her image but I'm sure you could say the same thing about Jessica Alba and nobody complains if she goes to the Comicon to promote Sin City or one of the Fantastic Four movies.
