No, that's not what he asked.
There are some differences in the anatomy. Guys have a prostate and Girls do not (most don't anyway - there are a few porn girls we're unsure of). The differences between guys and girls go well beyond what garden shears can solve in spite of what trannies may claim.
The HIV virus does not favor all parts of the body equally - it prefers some immune system cells for example.
It's not an unreasonable question to ask whether HIV also invades the prostate preferentially and if any secretions from the prostate wind up in contact with a pistoning penis in that ass. I think the answer is No, but that doesn't make it an unreasonable question.
