So Dan I have a question? So you think that because I am a tranny that I should be "banned" like Evil Angel did anal creampies? I am having a hard time finding the logic!

I can understand your logic with shooting in Brazil but when you say "tranny" in general then I have a problem.

That's precisely my point...there is no logic. In an incident where there were three key factors to the transmission, only one of those factors gets singled out and punished. No doubt if you were a Brazilian and EA declared 'We're still shooting anal creampies and trannies, just not with Brazilians or in Brazil', you'd feel the same way.

My argument is more akin to 'Swear off of all three or don't swear off of any of them'. Personally, I couldn't give a damn whether EA shoots anal creampies or not...it's just that the logic of their decision seems flawed and arbitrary.

As a transsexual Performer HERE IN THE U.S, I am tested via A.I.M before shooting SO with that being said its hard for me to follow the logic that because transsexuals in Brazil are a higher risk than ALL tranny shoots should be banned!

In a hypothetical situation, say if someone was holding a gun to my mother's head and ordering me to fuck a tranny, then I'd definitely have to go with the US-based, AIM-tested version rather than the one from a developing country with a test of dubious provenance and authenticity.

However, this overlooks the fact that everyone in this industry is only as safe as the weakest link in the chain. Perhaps you only work with US-based performers, but can the same be said for those performers? Some producers will fly to Brazil to shoot, some will fly Brazilian talent in, and suddenly you have a whole other talent pool to worry about. In the US, it's not difficult for a producer to know the ins and outs of the straight talent pool...people talk on and offline. You know which performers are going to be difficult to work with, which ones are likeliest to flake, which ones are likeliest to have an STD come up, which ones do privates, which ones do drugs heavily etc.

This is not so much the case with the gay and tranny talent pools, and even less so when you're talking foreign gay and tranny talent pools. Maybe people like Joey Silvera or Chi Chi LaRue might have an idea or know who to ask, but the other 99.9% of the straight industry don't.

The fact is that with the exception of the Marc Wallice outbreak, all of the more recent cases of HIV in the industry have had certain hallmarks:

1) Stagliano: Brazil, Tranny, Anal, Creampie
2) Darren James: Brazil, double anal creampie w/ performer worked w/ tranny
3) Lara Roxx, Jessica Dee, Ms. Arroyo: Anal/Double anal creampie w/ James
4) Some 'straight' male performer in E. Europe who got it doing a gay private.

Certain keywords keep popping up.

Now you can see why some people are reticent to see the talent pools crossover, even moreso with performers who are still regularly crossing over in their private and professional lives.

No problem, nice to see someone capable of having a discussion without resorting to name-calling and throwing their toys out of the pram.
