No disrepect intended.. but thats simply ignorant. If a performer comes up with a hot test for gonorrhea or chlamydia they are NOT going to be working until they get treated and are retested with clean results.
No company will let it happen, no other performer will agree to intentionally work with someone thats hot. No performer who is even halfway a decent human being would intentionaly work with someone knowing they were infecting them!
