If you are pitching the risk is the same regardless of the sex of the catcher. However if you are carrying any STD's your risk is increased. HPV and Herpes virus are said to be rampant in the adult biz. I'm sure you are more knowledgeable about that than I am. But assuming you have contracted the herpes virus and are having unprotected sex with gay men, then you are playing Russian roulette. That's just based upon statistical data on the rate of infection in the gay community.
