Bleh. I've been covered in maggots(not in porn..lol..I used to be a vet tech). I didnt feel healthier OR cleaner..in fact I couldnt get to a shower fast enough!! But hey..whatever works for you. I dont see how you couldnt just clean and debride as usual though...
