Good timing for a feast, too, because Durham, 33, has arranged to be married that day to a longtime love interest from the East Coast.

Authorities say Durham wanted to sell ice cream and had ordered from an Oregon company an $18,000 truck that would play music. Durham later changed his mind, but the company wouldn't refund his money. Infuriated, he came to Oregon, prepared to get his money and revenge.
Durham killed Calbreath, a former employee of the company, while looking for its owner, Rob Chambers."
