I personally find it disgusting, which doesn't matter of course, but on a corporate level there is a lot of hesitation (at least in the States) for fear of prosecution in certain regions on morals/obscenity charges...

Also, incest is illegal throughout the US. FANTASY incest magazines are not. These foul rags are mostly text and cartoon-based.
