Okay, Dopey. I'm going to say it again because I know that you and Blecchh are easily confused by basic arithmetic:

First 80 % of his time here: 13 % of his posts
Last 20 % of his time here: 87% of his posts

Which again begs the question: What did he get fired for? Obviously, he didn't get promoted. People who's entire game consists of "I know you are but what am I?" don't get promoted.
