maybe it depends on the job. In my job if they were recognized (it would depend on who does the recognizing) what would happen. If the students found out and it got out that way, I am pretty sure they would find a reason not to renew that teachers contract. Other staff or teachers (they would probably keep quiet and smile to themselves)
