If you haven't seen if, haul your fat ass over to Blockbuster and rent it. Don't let the fact that Colin Ferrel is the star deter you. It's one of the few times I say 10/10. I haven't laughed so hard in years, except when I rented Alexander, but that is for different reasons... Anyway, rent "In Bruges"--and let me know if you agree or disagree

One of my friends was complaining about the film not being "intelligent" because it took stabs at all un-PC things, like midgets and black people and black midgets.

Thanks, Tony M. Male/female tastes aside, it's more for the quirky. It also helps if you've either traveled to Europe or been a hitman. Think of it this way...if a movie can have a line like this: One gay beer for my gay friend, one normal beer for me because I am normal and still be considered Oscar-worthy, that's pretty fucking cool. Just to relive this thread, I am dying to watch this movie again--because it's so great. I just watched a "comedy" produced by Will Ferrell, "The Foot Fist Way," and it was pretty much a joke.
Honestly, In Bruges is the only truly funny film I've seen this year and then some.
