The only porn stars that have ever crossed over to the mainstream are Jenna Jameson, Traci Lords and Ron Jeremy. But they never really crossed over. They just became more famous porn stars.

Playing a porn star in a cameo on "Entourage", posing in FHM and appearing on Entertainment Tonight isn't a crossover.

Did anybody ever ask Tera Patrick what happened to that reality show that she kept talking about?
