No, 9 times out of 10 cutting back on calcium to combat chronic stones will do wayyy more harm than good, including actually INCREASING your stones because the body needs calcium for all kinds of shit besides bones so i fyour diet is poor in clacium your body compensates by releasing even MORE calcium into the blood from your bones and other reserves, where it gets filtered by the kidneys and voila, more stones.

It is usually a case of poor hydration and, like Gia's original post, too much oxalate. A lot o fit is hereditary too...
