Rebel without a clue - or someone intent on messing with people's minds. I have a coworker who acts this way. My colleagues and I can't figure out if he's weird, having trouble at home and just taking it out on those around him, stupid, or just trying to annoy his coworkers. I suggest a Rorschach test.
