Hmm...people say that people who get off on abusive porn were abused themselves as children. Or some people say they weren't invited to prom.

So going along that kind of theory, maybe the kind of person who gets off on this are developed diabetes at a very young age and were deprived of having a nice, tasty, heavily frosted, chocolate cake for his/her birthday. The disappointment of not getting to enjoy birthdays as all the other kids did soon mutated into feelings of rage towards the sugary treat.

Now they get off on cakes being punished, humiliated, treated like garbage for their own personal amusement.
