In a sense the bottom is at more risk. But remember that these risks multiple and these people have a lot of contacts. If the odds for a top are better than for a bottom does it matter if the top's odds suck?

That's my objection to condoms. Yes, they help. Yes, they make a difference for any one contact. But if the talent works in 15 scenes a month that condom really isn't good for much. The only sure way is to work with clean partners, and the best way to that is testing. If condoms had a smaller failure rate I might feel differently.
