This is terribly, terribly important at this point in history. During World War II the Americans invested two billion dollars in the invention of the Atom Bomb to stop the spread of Fascism. I submit we are in times now of equally desperate circumstances and must spend accordingly. Wind, sunshine, rushing water, nuclear reactors, etc. We need to retool our infrastructure to derive power from these and other non fossil fuel sources desperately. If wee do not, catastrophe will befall us straightaway.
