I bought in 1970, well my mom did and was transfered to me upon her death. I would rather pay common charges than a mortgage anyday. The Condo was paid in full back then for 110,000.00 so I just pay the cc. Of course gas, electric, heat/hot water/cable, internet, cellphone, metro cards, food, dog food, dog toys, dog bones, cat litter, toiletries, etc. everything is so fucking expensive, it pisses me off. Thank God I dont have a car, I really dont need it with the train around my corner.
