Lindemulder was arraigned Monday on the federal count and released without bail after entering a not guilty plea. She is scheduled for a September 16 trial before a magistrate judge. Lindemulder, who moved from Oregon to Huntington Beach, California, is one of the porn industry's most recognizable figures. Along with starring in hundreds of adult films, Lindemulder has appeared in Howard Stern's movie "Private Parts" and has dated Motley Crue singer Vince Neil, with whom she appears in a homemade sex tape widely available on the Internet.

Hmmmm...seems quite a few porners have been settling in Huntington Beach lately. I was thinking about this the other day; if the feds really wanted to hit the industry where it hurt, fuck 2257 or obscenity, just about every starlet has some sort of undocumented income especially those escorting or on the dance circuit. I was wondering who'd be hit next on tax evasion next; looks like it was Janine. But seriously, she made $350K in 2004? She was under contract to Vivid at the time, right? The only good thing is that usually if they give you a prison sentence...The USPOB...will send you off to a low end security facility. The reason I say usually is because of some one like lets say...I dont know...Al Capone...but those are with special extenuating circumstances. Maybe she will hire a good tax atty the next time she files!
