Human error causes faults in any “testing” system (including AIM & TTS)…..but we all know that condoms are not 100% guaranteed either. Its just one of the risks for making them BIG BUCKS!!!$$$$$....shit its just like OTR gasoline tanker truck drivers that get extra hazard pay….or active duty enlisted personnel that get extra pay for being in a “combat zone”.
