That should be addressed to everyone who makes a webpage,be it Myspace or a commercial site.

I've got a reletively new computer and DSL and if it takes more than 5 seconds to load your page,I'm going to "X" it move on. Just because your netweenies have state of the art supercomputers doesn't mean the people checking your site do.
