I see a lot of posts on this and other porn related forums savaging shemales. I have a friend who's been a close friend since high school and he should be a woman. I've been letting him dress up in my clothes since we were both 14 and now almost a decade later have helped him go out in public as my best girlfriend and other things.

I (and other friends) keep trying to push him into getting gender reassignment surgery so he can finally be free but he doesn't think he has the strength to put up with the attitudes of people. He says if "shemales can't even be accepted in porn then how can [he] expect any kind of acceptance in the real world?"

If anyone can post why shemales seem to be so despised perhaps I and my friends can help him overcome this and get him the help he needs...namely turning Brian into Brianna.
