Does the director go through all the different positions that will be involved and the order they'll be done in and if there will be cum swallowing etc beforehand? Are girls given a time period for the shoot eg "this will take 4 hours" Then if for some reason the director hasn't got organised within 4 hours the girl can leave and still get paid? Is there much bullying of girls that goes on in the porn industry and girls getting made to do something they're not happy with? I think it would seem difficult to girls to speak out because guys would just go "oh well what do you expect - this is porn" or being afraid of the company saying "oh that girl's a flake - don't hire her"

a lot depends on who books your work.

The directors pretty much go through the scene as far as what positions they want and where the pop will be. A few directors might try to throw some extra's in for free. But not sure if they would go to the extreme of double vags or anals. And then the talent will more than likely go through there do's and don'ts with eachother (slapping and spitting and such). Also the camera guy might go through what he is looking for as well, look at the camera or don't look at the camera depending on what is being shot. Also how he wants the positions to look. It is pretty straight forward but there is always snags.
