It's definitely made things harder.

People who join our site aren't generally the type who have the time or desire to go trolling through the internet for free content. They trust our name and reputation, and appreciate the quality of product that we put out. A lot of our members are very loyal fans that my mom garnered way back in the day. They post religiously on our chatboard, recommending models and requesting certain types of photo shoots and videos. And you know what? Not only do I reply to every single query, I actually listen and take into account what my members are asking for. Good customer service keeps them around, I guess!
