I'm on my second Voyager since Christmas. I love it, but the touch screen got all goofy for no apparent reason, I even used the screen covers. A rectangle started appearing on the screen that looked like oil on water...kind of rainbowed. When I took it to the store they automatically offered me a new one, which is cool, but when I asked how I could prevent it from happening again, I was told there's nothing I could do, "it just happens sometimes".
